Online Hatha Flow

Move, breathe and flow as we reconnect body, mind and breath.

The session will combine a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of standing postures with a few challenges along the way and modifications always offered. We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation.

Outdoor Summer Yoga @ Caversham Court Gardens

Sky above you. Earth below you.

Bring your mat and take a space in the beautiful setting of Caversham Court Gardens for some real-life yoga!

Thursday Morning Flow @ Yoga Reading

Hatha yoga class for all ages and abilities. The class combines slow warm-up stretches, an awareness of the breath, a flowing energising sequence and a lovely relaxation at the end.

This class is in person at Yoga Reading studio, Cremyll Road, Caversham or you can join the live stream

Day: Thursdays (restarts September)
Time: 9.15–10.15 a.m.
Cost: £10 / £8 online

**NEW CLASS** Hatha Flow Yoga @ St Andrew’s Hall, Albert Rd, Caversham

Switch off for 60 minutes and enjoy time connecting breath and movement, strengthening and opening the body, breathing deep and letting go.

The session will combine a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of standing postures with a few challenges along the way and modifications always offered. We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation.

Unwind after work or come when your children are in bed for some ‘me-time’ and have the best sleep ever.

Day: Wednesdays (starts September)
Time: 6.30–7.30 p.m.
Cost: £10

Saturday Morning Flow @Yoga Reading 9-10am

Start your day with a full body yoga flow to wake you up from your head to your toes. These classes are uplifting and energising and aim to set you up for the day ahead.

They are suitable for all levels of experience as there are always options to choose from to make the practice work for you.

Class information

  • Please note, class bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given.
  • Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
  • Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
  • Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
  • If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
