Morning Flow

Start your day in a positive way! Perfect for parents after school drop-off, on your day off or if you work from home.

Day: Thursdays (term-time only)
Time: 9.15–10.05 a.m.
Location: Yoga Reading studio, 3-5 Cremyl Road, Caversham RG1 8NQ
Cost: £9 drop-in (if available) or £48 for 6 weeks

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, slow class suitable for beginners/improvers and those wishing to return to the practice after a break.

Day: Thursdays (term-time only)

Time: 7.15-8.15 p.m.

Location: The Morgan Centre, Queen Anne’s School, Henley Road, Caversham RG4 6DX

Cost: £10 drop-in (if available) or £54 for 6 weeks

Hatha Flow

Unwind after work or come when your children are in bed for some ‘me-time’ and have the best sleep ever.

Day: Tuesdays (term-time only)
Time: 7.30–8.30 p.m.
Location: Emmer Green Community Centre, St Barnabus Road, Caversham RG4 8LN
Cost: £10 drop-in (if available) or £54 for 6 weeks

ONLINE Wake up Stretch & Breathe

A 30-minute morning sequence to wake up the body, with gentle stretches, breathwork and mindful movement.

Day: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7.30–8.00 a.m.
Cost: £4

ONLINE Family Yoga

Offering families something to keep children occupied and try something new. Join us for a fun 40-minute yoga session. Yoga, mindfulness and maybe some parent/child yoga or sibling partner yoga! One booking covers you and your family members.

Day: Wednesday
Time: 2.30–3.10 p.m.
Cost: £6 (covering all family members)

Time: 10.30–11.30 a.m.

Class information

  • Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
  • Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
  • Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
  • If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
