Yoga class schedule
Classes for all abilities in Caversham
Evening Flow Yoga @ St Andrew’s Hall, Albert Rd, Caversham
Switch off for 60 minutes and enjoy time connecting breath and movement, strengthening and opening the body, breathing deep and letting go.
The session will combine a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of standing postures with a few challenges along the way and modifications always offered. We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation.
Time: 6.20–7.20 p.m.
Corporate & private group and 1-2-1 sessions

- Please note, class bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given.
- Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
- Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
- Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
- If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
