Online Hatha Flow via Zoom

Move, breathe and flow as we reconnect body, mind and breath.

The session will combine a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of standing postures with a few challenges along the way and modifications always offered. We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation.

Unwind after work or come when your children are in bed for some ‘me-time’ and have the best sleep ever.

Day: Tuesdays (restarts Tuesday 8th September)
Time: 7.30–8.30 p.m.
Cost: £8 per household

Morning Flow @ Yoga Reading studio

Friendly Hatha yoga classes for all ages and abilities. The class combines slow warm-up stretches, an awareness of the breath, a flowing energising sequence and a lovely relaxation at the end.

Start your day in a positive way! Perfect for parents after school drop-off, on your day off or if you work from home.

Day: Thursdays (restarts Thursday 10th September)
Time: 9.15–10.15 a.m.
Cost: £10

Online Gentle Flow & Restore via Zoom

A gentle paced class to stretch out, move mindfully and slowly, destress and breathe deep. We will take a few restorative longer hold poses at the end of the session to help you really release and let go.

Suitable for everybody including if you’ve never tried yoga before!

Day: Thursdays
Time: 7–8 p.m.
Cost: £8 per household

Class information

  • Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
  • Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
  • Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
  • If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
