Morning Flow

Start your day in a positive way! Perfect for parents after school drop-off, on your day off or if you work from home.

Day: Thursdays
Time: 9.15–10.00 a.m.
Cost: £6

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, slow class suitable for beginners/improvers and those wishing to return to the practice after a break.

Day: Thursdays

Time: 6.45-7.45 p.m.

Cost: £8 per household

Hatha Flow

Unwind after work or come when your children are in bed for some ‘me-time’ and have the best sleep ever.

Day: Tuesdays
Time: 7.30–8.30 p.m.
Cost: £8 per household

ONLINE Wake up Stretch & Breathe

A 30-minute morning sequence to wake up the body, with gentle stretches, breathwork and mindful movement.

Day: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7.30–8.00 a.m.
Cost: £4 per household


Corporate & private group and 1-2-1 sessions

Class information

  • Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
  • Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
  • Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
  • If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
