Classes for all abilities in Caversham

Online Hatha Flow

Move, breathe and flow as we reconnect body, mind and breath.

The session will combine a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of standing postures with a few challenges along the way and modifications always offered. We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation.

Unwind after work or come when your children are in bed for some ‘me-time’ and have the best sleep ever.

Day: Tuesdays
Time: 7.30–8.30 p.m.
Cost: £8 per household

Online Morning Flow

Hatha yoga class for all ages and abilities. The class combines slow warm-up stretches, an awareness of the breath, a flowing energising sequence and a lovely relaxation at the end.

Day: Thursdays
Time: 9.15–10.15 a.m.
Cost: £8 per household

Online Gentle Yoga

A gentle paced class to stretch out, move mindfully and slowly, destress and breathe deep. Suitable for everybody including if you’ve never tried yoga before!

Day: Thursdays
Time: 7–8 p.m.
Cost: £8 per household

Corporate & private group and 1-2-1 sessions

Class information

  • Bring water and wear loose, stretchy clothing.
  • Leave at least two hours between eating a meal and practising yoga.
  • Bring your own mat or please let me know if you need to borrow one.
  • If it is your first ever yoga class, or you are anxious about coming for the first time, please don’t be! A warm welcome awaits you.
