Come and retreat with me! Nourish body, mind and spirit and prepare to have the most blissful, relaxing, revitalising weekend ever. Switch off, press pause, enjoy time in nature and nourish body and soul with daily yoga practices, delicious food, good company and lots of fresh air!

Our yoga will take place in a beautiful converted barn, light and spacious with underfloor heating and views of the gardens. There will be a mix of practices including more dynamic morning yoga balanced with a slower-paced afternoon practice.
Challenges and modifications always offered so this is suitable for all levels.
You will have time to rest, read, walk or enjoy a massage. You can choose to do as much or as little as you want. This retreat is open to a maximum 10 guests.

The weekend includes:

  • 5 yoga sessions (a mix of slow flow, dynamic Hatha flow, Yin, Restorative), Yoga
    Nidra, Pranayama, meditation
  • 2 nights accommodation at Gambledown Farm
  • 3 meals a day plus unlimited fruit, tea, coffee and water
  • Massages and 121 sessions are available at an additional cost
  • Time to relax, unwind and do whatever you feel
    Suitable for everybody. You just need to show up exactly as you are!

Location
Gambledown Farm is a traditional Hampshire mixed farm with a resident herd of over 30 Shorthorn cattle, arable crops and ancient woodland practicing sustainable farming. It is a beautiful tranquil spot, perfect for a yoga retreat. There are lots of walks from the farm and there will be time for you to enjoy the countryside and truly get back to nature. Situated between Winchester, Salisbury and Southampton and on the edge of the New Forest, Gambledown is just a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Reading.

Accommodation
The two recently converted barns offer wonderful, relaxing spaces to truly switch off and enjoy some tranquil time away.
The Hay Barn accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms comprising 1 Kingsize master suite with ensuite shower room, 1 twin room with ensuite bathroom and 1 twin room with shower room.
The Cart Shed accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms comprising 1 Superking master suite and 1 twin room. Both rooms have their own shower rooms.
Both barns have fully equipped kitchen areas and living spaces so that you can relax and unwind, take in the views, enjoy a book or a cup of tea.

Food
Breakfast – self-catering in your accommodation with breakfast hampers from the farm
Lunch – delicious homemade soup, sourdough and salad from the farm
Supper – a 2-course plant-based supper created by The Kitchen Social. Freshly cooked, locally sourced and seasonal. Dietary requirements catered for.

Twin rooms: £347 per person
Kingsize suites: £397 single occupancy / £327 per person if sharing

Day retreat spaces available: £75 pp (£95 to include dinner on Saturday night)

Full payment to secure your place or 50% deposit with final balance due 10 weeks before retreat.
In the event that this retreat has to be cancelled if the venue has to close due to Covid restrictions, a full refund will be given.
In the event that you are unable to attend due to local Tier 3+ Covid restrictions, the deposit can be transferred to a future retreat.
