An online yoga retreat immersion

Would you like to immerse yourself in a weekend of yoga and self-care practices? Perhaps you need some head space and clarity as to where you are heading and want to set some autumn intentions. Or maybe you are depleted and know you need to make yourself a priority and want to create some time out just for you. Perhaps you want to kick start a daily yoga practice and rituals that will help you stay well and deal with whatever life throws at you. Or maybe you just want to do loads of yoga!
If any (or all!) of this resonates with you, step into our September Sanctuary and roll out your mat for a 3-day progressive journey inwards. Give yourself the time and space to reconnect to YOU. We’ll come together and take a deep dive into some beautiful self-care practices to leave you refreshed, relaxed and perfectly in balance. Each day, we will practice yoga, breathe deep and help the mind to fall still allowing you to come back to centre. A place where mind and body feels in balance and you feel calm, energised and connected to your true self.
All sessions are recorded and can be accessed for the next 7 days if you can’t make one of the sessions.
Friday – Let go of your week & step into stillness
Opening circle; Intentions; Slow Flow yoga; Yoga Nidra
Saturday – Come back to centre
Rise & Shine Yoga: Dynamic & energising heart opening Hatha Flow (there will be a few challenges along the way & modifications always offered)
Sunday – Finding peace & Letting go
Morning meditation; journaling
Yin and Restorative yoga; Closing circle
You will need Zoom to access the immersion.
This immersion is suitable for everybody whether you have just started out on your yoga journey or have hours of practice under your belt. There will be modifications and stronger options offered so that it is fully inclusive.
