Private Group & Individual Yoga
If you want to organise private sessions for a group of up to 6 people or private 121 sessions to work on specific areas, explore certain postures, breathwork techniques, dedicate time to self-care and strengthening your practice or perhaps if you are starting out on your yoga journey and want to come for a few sessions before joining a group class, please get in touch!
Classes can be arranged at a time that suits you, at your home/garden or a hired studio space. Each session is tailormade to suit your needs, your body and your requirements. The beauty of private sessions is that you get exactly what you want and verbal/physical adjustments made to help you get the maximum benefit from your practice.
Examples of recent private sessions include Sunday morning private garden yoga sessions for a group of 6, a one-off 121 session focusing on core strength and breaking down Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog), evening sessions for a group of mums who couldn’t make my regular classes (and finished with a glass of fizz!), 121 sessions to improve overall strength, flexibility and fitness and to recover from illness.
I have 121 sessions with my teacher too which are invaluable and I always come away having learnt something new and which would have taken several classes to cover what can be covered in 60 minutes.
Private sessions can be as long as you wish (normally 60 minutes). Before the first session we would have a chat about health, fitness levels, general lifestyle and what you want to get out of the sessions before focusing in on what you want to work on.
The sessions are fun and lighthearted but you will leave feeling stronger, more focused and with some help and advice on what to practice at home to continue to develop a practice that suits you and your lifestyle.
