- A private 1-1 60 minute Zoom session to assess movement and come up with a personal practice tailored for you and your needs
- Four bespoke personalised yoga sequences to practice at home (one per week)
- Weekly check-in via voice or video call, or email (total 4)
- Access to a weekly class of your choice*
- Meditations and Yoga Nidra recordings for you to relax deeply and aid better sleep (one per week)
- Weekly motivation and inspiration to keep your practice alive and flourishing (total 4)
